| 摘 要： | 针对"信息理论与编码"课程的特点,结合研究生的培养宗旨,笔者提出了一种课程建设和教学改革方案,教师应培养学生信息理论独特的分析和决问题的思维;引入最新科研成果;让学生进行必要的自学;设计相关的实验等.实践证明,这种方案能有效提高教学质量,使学生的独立分析和解决问题的能力得到提高.
