双接触面行波型超声波电动机的研究

摘    要:从理论上证明了圆环形行波超声波电动机振子双面驱动的可行性,设计、研制了双接触面旋转行波超声波电动机.对模型样机进行了实验测试,进一步验证了双驱动面的可行性.电机空载转速为130 r/min,双面接触时的驱动力矩是单面接触时的驱动力矩的1.6倍.

Abstract:The feasibility of driving by bi-contact surfaces was proved in theory.A rotary traveling wave USM with bi-contact surfaces was designed and manufactured.Moreover,the prototype was tested and the experimental results proved the feasibility of driving by bi-contact surfaces farther.The unloaded speed of the motor can attain 130 r/min and the output-torque is 1.6 times as high as the one-sided traveling wave USM.
