基于PDM的工装设计管理模型研究

摘    要:工装设计管理是一个非常复杂的系统工程,长期以来一直受到企业的重视,但一直没能得到有效管理。本文针对工装管理存在的问题,根据PDM的结构和配置思想,提出了基于PDM的工装设计管理方案,分析了系统的软硬件结构,提出工装分层结构模型,论述了工装设计信息、实物信息、非结构化的图文档信息的管理方案,提出基于ActiveX Autom ation技术图文档设计、修改、编辑策略。通过现场试运行表明,本设计方案是有效的。

Abstract:This paper aims at the problem of management for process equipment. According to the PDM configuration, a design and management for process equipment based on PDM is presented. The structure of software and hardware are analyzed, the classification structure model is introduced. The management scheme is studied for process equipment design information, entity information, non-structural drawing and document information. The design, modification and compilation strategy on drawing document is presented based on ActiveX Automation technology. Application result shows that the scheme is effective.
