| 摘 要： | 2003年国家对制冷空调行业实施生产许可证制度。制度实施几年来，400多家企业获得了生产许可证，企业的生产和研发能力不断增强。生产许可证制度有效地促进了我国制冷空调行业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | More than four hundreds of enterprises have got the license since manufacture licenses system for the refrigerating and air-conditioning industry is carried out in China in 2003. The ability of production and research is being constantly strengthened, so more and more enterprises pay attention to energy-saving and environmental protection. The license has promote healthy development of R＆AC in China. |
