| 摘 要： | 分析了调度运行管理的分布式特征，以局域网为基础研究并开发了一种实用的分布式调度运行管理系统。为了满足现场的需要，设有调度日志和日调计划的编制、检修申请票的申请和审批、网上签字、网上浏览、网上查询等功能。在本系统的开发过程中，采用了B／S(浏览器／服务器)和C／S(客户端／服务器)相结合的模式，充分利用了它们自身的优点，保证了数据和图形的安全和可靠传输，停电区域图的上传采用了无组件上传技术，达到了方便、快捷地上报申请和下达调度命令的目的。该系统已在内蒙巴彦淖尔盟电业局投入运行，极大地提高了调度部门的工作效率。

| Abstract: | An distributed Dispatch System of Running and Management software is developed for local area network. The software has such functions as dispatch-logging, daily dispatching-planning, overhaul-applying, examining and approving, online-signature, online-browsing and online-inquiry, etc. The modes of Browser/Server and Client/Server are integrated. None-groupware upload technique is used in uploading the power-cut figure so that the application and dispatching instruction can be sent quickly. The software has been used in Bayannao'er Electric Power Bureau, Inner Mongolia and has improved the work efficiency of power dispatching. |
