热轧加热炉最优加热制度的研究

摘    要:依据热平衡实验和“黑匣子”钢温测试实验,建立大型板坯加热炉离线仿真计算模型。经实验验证,模型计算准确,计算误差小于4%,满足工业计算要求。通过该离线模型的仿真计算,实现大型加热炉多段加热温度的优化,获得最佳供热制度,为加热炉的优化控制和操作、降低能耗、提高节能率提供指导。

Abstract:The off-line simulation calculation model of large slab reheating furnace was built up according to the heat equilibrium experiment and the"black box" steel temperature testing experiment.The results of experiment verify that model calculation is accurate,the error is less than 4%,it satisfies requirement of industrial calculation.By the simulation calculation of the offline model,the heating temperature optimization of some large furnace is realized,and the best heating system is achieved by the simulation of offline model,which provided guidance for the optimization control and operation,reducing energy consumption,improving energy conservation rate on the heating furnace.
