| 摘 要： | 在论述城市规划管理信息系统概念、特点、发展历程的基础上,提出了城市规划管理信息系统的发展趋势,通过整合规划信息资源,提高了规划管理水平,解决了城镇发展速度加快与城镇规划、建设管理手段落后的矛盾。
