| Abstract: | This article introduces the main composition(administration layer,communication layer and interval layer),the functions(5"remote"functions and background software function)of the system,performances and specifications of the system of Model Acrel-3000 transformer substation and power distribution supervisory system for voltage equal to or lower than 10kV. Combined with a certain engineering example,the functions and effects of the relay protection apparatus,the low-voltage network electric power measuring appliance and so on are described. |
