摘    要:介绍了基于FPGA的函数发生器的设计、实验和测试。系统运用了基于嵌入式处理器的SOPC技术,以ALTERA公司的CycloneⅡ系列FPGA为平台,将微处理器、总线、数字频率合成器、存储器和I/O接口等部件集成在一片FPGA上,实现了50Hz到10MHz频率范围正弦信号的输出,扩展了AM、FM、FSK、ASK等多种信号调制功能。输出级采用AD811的功率放大器以提高负载能力,50Ω负载下输出峰-峰值0~6V可调。

Abstract:This article describes the design,experiment and testing of FPGA-based function generator.The system used the SOPC technology which is based on embedded processor technology.Using the platform of ALTERA's Cyclone Ⅱ series FPGA,the System is integrated microprocessors,bus,digital frequency synthesizer,memory and I/O interfaces and other components in an FPGA,and achieve the function of sine signal generation,whose frequency range of 50 Hz to 10 MHz.This system also extends the function of signal modulation such as AM,FM,FSK,ASK and so on.Output circuit of the system using power amplifier AD811 to improve the capacity of load,and the output pressure is adjustable from 0 to 6 V in the case of the load is 50 Ω.
