摘    要:介绍以STC89系列单片机为核心,以集成温度传感器AD590为温度检测元件,以HS1100相对湿度传感器为湿度检测元件,具有温度、湿度、露点监控功能的经济型监控系统。系统根据采集到的温度、湿度,计算得出相应情况下的露点,具有露点监视功能。该系统还具有2路12位D/A输出,可控制相应的温度或湿度。成本低、结构简单、可靠性高、操作方便,实现了对温度、湿度的自动监控,可满足一般工业环境的温度、湿度监控及露点显示的要求,具有很好的实用价值。

Abstract:In this paper, a system for monitoring temperature and humidity is studied. The system is consists of tempera ture sensor AD590, humidity sensor HS1100, microcontroller AT89C51, et al. The analog single from AD590 converts to digital single by the device ADS1110. The single form HS1100 is in the form of pulse. The typical frequency is 6600Hz for 55% RH / 25℃. Such a frequency is difficult to be measured with high resolution in a short time by the counter in the microcontroller. So the single is turned into the form of timing. Then it can be measured by the timer in the microcontroller. Based on the temperature and the humidity, the dew point is counted and showed in the display. Therefore, there are two D/A outputs in the system, which can he used to control the temperature and humidity. The system is also calibrated by typing the keyboard. The system can he satisfied the needs of general industry.
