| 摘 要： | 以酸性天然沸石为催化剂，在内化反应精馏塔中进行了合成乙酸乙酯的研究。考罕了酸醇比、回 比、进料流量、进料位置等因素对反应过程的影响。在本试验最佳条件下，塔顶产品中酯含量为９１％以上，乙醇的转化率可达９４％以上。

| Abstract: | The ethyl acetate is synthesized in reaction distillation column with acid natural zeolite as catalyst. The effects of acid-alcohol ratio, reflux ratio, feeding flux, and feeding location on the process are investigated. The ethyl acetate content at the column top is above 91% and the conversion of alcohol can up to 94% in the optimum conditions. |
