古都西安城市游憩商业区(RBD)形成机制

城市游憩商业区集中提供着城市的游憩功能, 是城市游憩系统的重要组成部分,同时逐渐成为新兴的商业地域类型。对RBD的内涵进行了拓展,提出了RBD的三个特性及三种形成方式。并在此基础上对西安城市RBD的形成进行实证研究,提出RBD对传统CBD的功能演替,并认为RBD的建设是更新古都城市中心区的一种重要方式。

The Formative Mechanism of Urban Recreational Business District in Ancient Capital Xi'an City

Urban Recreational Business District (RBD), as an important part for the urban recreational system, is also a new developing type of commercial area. Taking the urban RBD in Xi'an city as a case study and discussing one way of forming RBD which is based on Central Commercial District, it is believed that the formation of RBD performs a functional succession of CBD under the act of diffusion force and concentration force. The construction of RBD is an important way to renew the old traditional centre district of ancient capital, which can not only alleviate problems but also function in many aspects.
