X65级管线钢的力学性能和显微组织研究

摘    要:研究了某钢开发的X65管线钢的力学性能和显微组织。对炉卷轧机生产的X65管线钢钢板进行了拉伸试验、冲击试验、落槌试验(DWTT)、显微组织观察、晶粒大小的测定以及夹杂物与带状组织检验。试验结果表明,炉卷轧机生产的X65钢的力学性能全部达到国家标准,显微组织正常。证实采用的TMCP轧制工艺合理。

Mechanical Properties and Microstructures of X65 Pipeline Steels Developed

Abstract:Mechanical properties and microstructures of X65 pipeline steels developed with Steckel mill were studied. The tensile test, impact test and the fall hammer test (DWTT) was carried. Mcrostructures were observed and grain size was measured. The results show that all mechanical properties of X65 pipeline steels come up to concerning country (state) stand-ard and microstructures are good. The TMCP technology of X65 steels is rational.
