摘    要:本文采用高能量脉冲钕玻璃激光、高重复频率YAG激光和大功率CO_2激光对碳-氮共渗后的20号钢进行非晶化处理。研究激光形成非晶态的工艺条件与其表面硬度以及磨蚀及腐蚀的关系,并对非晶层的热稳定性进行测试。

Abstract:Investigation results are presented of amorphous treatment for 20# steel ear-bonitrided layers by high power pulsed Nd:glass laser, high repoatition frequency YAG laser and high power CO2 laser. The relationship was studied among the formation condition of the amorphous state and the surface hardness, abrasion and corrosion, and the heat endurance of the amorphous state was tested.
