| Abstract: | The meaning on the modification works of changing open channel into culvert of the canal ,Yiba irrigation, passing through Taiyuan urban area,and the benefits in economy,society and environment,which will be brought into play are expounded as a key point.Some things to be improved,problems to be solved and measures to be taken from now on have been presented.Yiba(barrage No.1 in English)diverts water from the Fenhe River. |
