摘    要:可靠性研究的目的不仅在于评估 ,更重要的是实现可靠性控制。本文通过整体铝缸盖可靠性控制研究 ,提出了复杂部件结构疲劳可靠性研究的方法与技术途径 ,能够有效地进行复杂结构部件的可靠性分析与控制。充分利用长期以来在疲劳及可靠性研究中积累起来的丰富资料和数据 ,应用模糊可靠性理论、借助结构仿真手段进行的标准化试验及实际工作构件的失效分析确定更为科学的技术途径 ,使复杂结构部件的可靠性分析和寿命预测更加符合实际。

Abstract:Reliability study is not only aimed at estimating the reliability life but mainly for controlling the reliability of engineering objects A method is proposed for the study of fatigue reliability of complex components that is effectively used in the analysis and control on the reliability of integral aluminum cylinder heads In order to make use of the wealth of data and information accumulated in the past, based on the fuzzy mathematics, a method is proposed with the help of full scale structure simulation and failure analysis, for the examination and control of reliability of complex components
