各类型混煤在炼焦配煤中的作用

针对国家标准《商品煤反射率分布图判别方法》中存在的问题,提出了增加"具1个凹口的简单混煤"类型;将"复杂混煤"改为"无凹口的简单混煤";采用0.1阶反射率分布图后,可消除无鉴别意义的小凹口等。分析了各类混煤在炼焦配煤中的作用:单一煤层煤、简单混煤、具1个凹口的相同牌号和相邻牌号的混煤均可视为单煤;具1个凹口的相间牌号和相隔牌号混煤、多于1个凹口的混煤应剥离出其中的单煤;无凹口的简单混煤可作为配煤的基础煤。

Function of Various Kinds of Mixed Coal in Coal Blend for Coke-making

Against the problems existing in the national standard of"Judgment method of reflectance distribution diagram of commodity coal", the type of "simple mixed coal with one notch" is added, the "complex mixed coal is replaced by "simple mixed coal without notch"; after 0.1 rank reflectance diagram is adopted, small notch which has no judgment significance is eliminated. The function of various kinds of mixed coals in coal blend for coke-making are analyzed, the single kind of coal from same bed, simple mixed coal, same rank of mixed coal with one notch and with neighboring rank are regarded as single kind of coal; the interval rank mixed coal with one notch and mixed coal with more than one notch should be separated from single kind of coal; simple mixed coal without notch can be regarded as basic coal for coal blending.
