焦炉集气管压力系统的多级智能控制

摘    要:针对焦炉集气管压力系统具有工况复杂、多变量耦合等特点,提出了一种专家规则与模糊控制相结合的多级智能控制策略。回路控制级采用可变调节因子模糊控制算法;解耦级引入了组内和组间解耦规则;总管控制级采用总管吸力监督控制。实际应用表明,该智能控制系统保证了压力系统调节的协调性、稳定性和快速性,提高了焦炉集气管压力系统对工况变动和干扰的适应性。

Abstract:Against that the pressure system of coke oven collecting mains has the features of complicated working condition and multi-variable coupling, a multi-level intelligent control policy in which a kind of expert rule is combined with fuzzy control is put forward. In the loop control level, the fuzzy control algorithm with variable and adjustable factor is adopted; the in-group and between-group de-coupling rule is introduced in the de-coupling level; the manifold control level adopts manifold suction supervision control. The practical application shows that this intelligent control system ensures the coordination, stability and rapidity, improves the adaptability of pressure system of coke oven collecting mains on the working condition variation and interference.
