| 摘 要： | 建立班组的良性沟通,有利于促进企业精细化管理,有利于提升一线队伍技能操作水平,有利于促进企业和谐发展。要建立班组良性沟通,必须坚持召开班组民主生活会,加强人性化管理,紧跟员工思想节拍,加强对政策的宣贯和解释。

| Abstract: | Good communication among working teams is conducive to improving business fine management and working teams＇ skills, and promoting a balanced corporate development. To facilitate exchanges among teams, this paper puts forward the following steps： holding democratic meetings, paying more attentions to workers＇ needs in strict management, getting to know what＇s on workers＇ mind and stepping up the publicity and explanation of relevant policies. |
