| 摘 要： | 在制造业远程服务工作流中,合理的任务分配是提高远程服务效率和服务质量的关键因素之一.通常在远程服务过程中任务的完成具有严格的时间要求,文章在分析目前工作流管理系统中的任务调度方法的基础上,在满足服务任务时间要求为前提下,以实现系统及服务人员能力的最优使用为目标,提出了一种适合远程服务工作流的时间条件下的效率最佳匹配调度方法.

| Abstract: | In teleservice workflow of manufacturing industry, to improve the efficiency and quality of teleservice, reasonable task-distribution is one of the most important factors. Teleservice requests the end-time of tasks severely In this paper, the current methods of task-distribution in teleservice workflow are analysised. According to the requests of the end-time of servive tasks. In order to optimize the ability of system and agent well, a distribution method following the matching principle of time and efficiency is provided. |
