摘    要:针对传统推挽电路存在的开关管关断时电压过冲和振荡的问题,提出了一种加入有源箝位电路的改进方案.首先分析了改进电路的工作原理,给出了相关计算公式,该电路实现了软开关(ZVS),并且通过次级箝位式全桥整流减小了循环能量损耗.通过电路仿真与实验,证明了相关理论分析的正确性.

Abstract:Concerned with the problems of voltage overshoot and oscillation of switching transistor when turning-off switch in the traditional push-pull circuit, an improved scheme of active clamping circuit used for Boost converter was proposed. First, the operating principle of the improved circuit was analyzed, and then some relative formulas given. By using the improved circuit the zero voltage switching (ZVS) can be implemented, reducing the cyclic energy loss via the full-bridge rectifier with the secondary clamping. Finally, the results of circuit simulation and experiment verify the correctness of the related theoretical analysis.
