| 摘 要： | 真空荧光显示屏(VFD)是由阴极、栅极和表面涂有荧光粉的阳极真空电子管发展而来的,vFD以发光亮度高、多色显示容易、显示图案灵活、视角大、可靠性高和寿命长、自发光、驱动电压低等优点而被广泛地应用在各个领域.
