| Abstract: | The aim of this reconnaissance of the volcanic harrats and thermal springs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was to identify areas of potential geothermal interest.On the harrats, the petrographic evolution of the various magmatic series was systematically studied, placing each in its structural context, and tackling the problem of the possible existence of reservoirs. At this stage of our study, it is not possible to approach the problem of reservoir recharge. Hydrogeochemical studies were carried out on the thermal springs. |
