钢筋混凝土电化学腐蚀监测技术应用与研究

摘    要:以天津地区使用的钢筋混凝土与电化学腐蚀监测技术构成研究体系,研究电化学技术在监测钢筋混凝土腐蚀中的应用及其在土壤、水环境的腐蚀行为.结果表明,在两种高盐碱介质中,涂醇氨脂类保护涂层的钢筋混凝土能够得到一定的保护.在高盐碱水溶液中,没有保护涂层的钢筋的腐蚀电流密度为4.889 3×10-5 A/cm2,有保护涂层的腐蚀电流密度为8.501 2×10-7A/cm2;在高盐碱土壤介质中,没有保护涂层的钢筋的腐蚀电流密度为1.291 7×10-4 A/cm2,而添加了保护涂层的腐蚀电流密度降至9.768 9×10-7A/cm2,混凝土在高盐碱土壤介质和水溶液中的氯离子扩散系数分别为17.24 cm2/a和75.17 cm2/a.

Abstract:The research hierarchy is based on the reinforced concrete structure used in Tianjin district and its electrochemical corrision monitoring (ECM) technique. The ECM application and the corrosion behavior under soil and water environment are studied. The results show that the reinforced concrete with Alcohol ammonia lipids coating is protected to a certain degree among two kinds of high salt medium. In the high salt aqueous solution, the corrosive current densities for concrete iron with and without coating are 8. 501 2 × 10-7 A/cm2 and 4. 889 3 × 10 -s A/cm2 respectively. In the high salt soil medium, the corrosive current densities for concrete i- ron with and without coating are 9. 768 9 × 10 -7 A/cm2 and 1. 291 7 × 10 -4 A/cm2 respectively. The chloride diffusion coeffients for the reinforced concrete among high salt soil medium and aqueous solution are 17.24 cm2/a and 75.17 cm2/a, respectively.
