摘    要:介绍了直接空冷系统运行特点,在分析了机组冬季运行空冷岛冻结原因的基础上,针对目前直接空冷系统防冻控制策略设计存在的缺陷,应用多模式切换控制方法优化空冷防冻控制策略.新型控制策略将空冷岛风机多种运行模式进行分类,根据机组不同的运行工况,控制算法、定值自动切换,使控制逻辑自动适应机组运行工况;优化了机组背压自动定值函数、凝结水过冷度定值函数,保证空冷岛在冬季极寒气候下不冻结;在控制算法中加入非线性、自适应环节,并优化了调节器参数.

Abstract:The introduction of direct aircoiling system operating characteristics is made, and the cause for unit cooling tower freezing during winter operation, and with respect to design defects for direct aircooling system antifreeze control strategy, the application of multimade switching control method is used in optimizing the aircooled frost control strategy. Variety of fan operating modes is classi fied New control strategy of the coiling tower fan operating modes for classificaetion, with automatically switching based on a unit differ ent operating conditions, the control algorithm, so that control logic automatically adapts to the unit operating conditions, optimizing the fixed value function for unit back pressure automatically, the value function of condensate supercooling degree, making sure that cooling tower does not freeze in the cold winter climate. Nonlinear, adaptive link is added to the control algorithm, and the parame ters of the reeulator is ontimized.
