摘    要:GIS中,在隔离开关操作时产生的快速暂态过电压(VFT0)下利用EMTP软件对避雷器的模型进行分析,研究各种避雷器模型的优缺点.以国内某550 kV GIS变电站为例,列举了2种操作方式,并对其产生的VFTO进行计算和分析,讨论了在不同避雷器模型下,对其VFTO仿真结果的影响.计算结果表明:正常工作情况下,GIS内部由于隔离开关操作会引起VFTO,不同模型下VFTO计算结果不同;对地电容和非线性电阻模型下,由于模型过于简单,结果误差较大;考虑极化效应和IEEE的模型计算结果较为准确,但仍存在问题,有待进一步研究.

Abstract:This paper analyses the model of the surge attester in the simulation of the fast transient overvoltage (VFTO) when the disconnector operates in GIS using EMTP software. A variety of attester model is put forward and analyzed, the advantages and disad- vantages of all kinds of lightning arrester model are discussed. Taking a 550 kV domestic GIS substation as an example, this paper se- lects two kinds of operation mode and calculated the VFTO that the circuit generates under the two operation mode. Finally it discusses the different lightning alTester model and the effects the calculation of the VFTO simulation results under the different modes. The cal- culation results show that it would eanse the VFTO when disconnector operates under normal working condition and that the calculation results have differences with different surge arrester model. The study shows that the grounded capacitance model and the non-linear model are too simple and the calculation resuh error is bigger, while the mode under the consideration of polarization effect and the IEEE model are relatively accurate. However it still has problems and needs further study.
