摘    要:采用次氯酸钙—硫酸亚铁分解两步法静态处理钨冶炼工艺中高浓度含氨氮和含砷废水,通过单因素试验确定了最佳工艺条件。结果表明,在最佳条件下,氨氮和含砷去除率均达到了99%以上。处理后的废水中As<0.05mg/L、氨氮<0.15mg/L,出水水质达到排放要求。

Abstract:Arsenic and ammonia-nitrogen wastewater in tungsten smelting was treated with calcium hypochlorite and ferrous sulfate by two-step static process. The optimum conditions were determined by single factor test. The results show that removal efficiency of As and NH4 -N is 99% above with concentration of As and NH4 -N in treated wastewater of <0.05 mg/L and <0.15 mg/L respectively, which meets the discharge requirements of GB8978-1996 standard.
