摘    要:以乌洛托品和硝基胍为原料,通过Mannich反应得到2-硝亚胺基-六氢化-1,3,5-三嗪盐酸盐(NIHT.HCl),经HNO3/H2SO4或HNO3硝化得到2-硝亚胺基-5-硝基-六氢化-1,3,5-三嗪(NNHT),产率为89.5%。用核磁共振、红外光谱、质谱以及元素分析等对产物结构进行表征,用DSC、TG和固体原位反应池/FT-IR联用等方法研究了其热分解行为。结果表明,NNHT的放热分解峰温度为219.54℃,其热稳定性较好。

Abstract:2-Nitroimino-hexahydro-1,3,5-triazinemonohydrochloride(NIHT·HCl) was obtained by Mannich reaction,using nitroguanidine and urotropine as starting materials,and 2-nitroimino-5-nitro-hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine(NNHT) was synthesized by the nitration of NIHT·HCl with HNO3/H2SO4 or HNO3 in a yield of 89.5%.Its structure was characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,FTIR,MS and elemental analysis.The thermal decomposition behavior of NNHT was studied by DSC,TG and solid reaction cell in situ in conjunction with rapid scan Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(RFST-IR).The results show that there is an exothermic decomposition peak begins at 219.54℃ revealing that NNHT has a good thermal stability.
