丙烯单/双塔工艺精馏模拟

摘    要:应用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对火炬气回收丙烯进行单塔和双塔两种工艺的流程模拟。模拟结果表明:两种工艺在本系统中均可行,双塔工艺能耗低于单塔工艺,且稳定性较好。此外,在双塔工艺的基础上,对丙烯精馏塔进行了工艺优化及塔的结构的设计。

Abstract:Two processes of flare recovery propylene distillation,such as single tower and double tower rectification processes,were simulated by using Aspen Plus software.The results showed that two processes were all available,the energy of double tower process was lower than single tower process,and the performance was more stable.In addition,for the double tower process,the process optimization and structure design of propylene fractionating tower were studied.
