循环流化床锅炉燃烧福建无烟煤炉内脱硫对污染物排放的影响

摘    要:在75t/h循环流化床锅炉内进行了添加石灰石脱硫的工业热态试验,锅炉内燃烧福建无烟煤,并研究了Ca/S摩尔比对锅炉脱硫效果的影响.结果表明:燃烧福建无烟煤,循环流化床锅炉自脱硫效率较高,Ca/S摩尔比对脱硫效率影响较大.在Ca/S摩尔比较低(小于2.02)或较高(大于2.82)时,脱硫效率随着Ca/S增加而迅速提高,当...

Abstract:In order to test the effects of Ca/S ratio(in molar) on the CFB boiler's desulfurization efficiency,pollutant emissions and efficiency of electrostatic precipitator,an industrial experiment using limestone as desulfurizing agent was conducted on a 75t/h CFB boiler burning Fujian anthracite.The resluts showed that the CFB boiler had high self-desulfurization efficiency.Ca/S molar ratio has the important effect on the desulfurization efficiency.When Ca/S molar ratio was lower than 2.02 or larger than 2.82,the...
