| 摘 要： | 结合山西省小型水库信息综合管理系统设计经验,对建立系统的必要性进行了分析,对开发系统所采用的技术及开发应用环境进行了阐述,对系统功能需求、系统功能实现、系统体系架构及应用进行了分析,并对系统具体应用包括信息应用与系统管理应用进行了详细论述.还对山西省小型水库信息管理系统的应用提出了发展方向.

| Abstract: | Based on the design of information management system to the whole provincial small reservoir,It analyzed the necessity for building information management system,espounds the technologe and its applied environment and developed means.In this paper,it was analyzed the system nends,realization,stucture and application,discussd in great detail the message application and system message application,and given the developing direction to the small reservoir in Shanxi of information management system. |
