摘    要:电网电压的波动将严重影响设备的正常工作,设计了一套大功率单相交流稳压电源,通过单片杌对晶闸管的控制来实现网压补偿。该电源由单片机系统、主电力电路、晶闸管触发电路、检测和保护电路等组成。实践表明该电源工作可靠,稳压效果良好。研制的大功率强触发式晶闸管触发电路结构紧凑,成本低,控制性能好,可广泛用于各种晶闸管系统。

50kW AC Voltage Regulator Power Supply System

Abstract:The fluctuation of the voltage in power grid will always influence the normal operation of devices. A set of high power single-phase AC voltage regulator power supply is developed in this paper. In the voltage regulator power supply, a thyristor controlled by a single chip is used to achieve net voltage compensation. The power is composed of single chip microcomputer system, main electrical circuit, triggered thyristor circuit, detection and protection circuit, etc.. Practice shows that the power supply is reliable and effective. The trigger circuit of the high-power-triggered thyristor is compact, low cost and good performance. It can be widely used in various SCR systems.
