摘    要:微波具有良好的穿透与吸收特性,可用于医疗领域。作为典型的微波发生装置,磁控管可以将电能转换成微波能量,微波能量聚集后作用于医疗对象,进而产生相应的理疗效果。为了解决微波能量输出过程中的可靠性问题,需要研发相应的控制装置来实现磁控管微波能量的持续稳定输出。文中在掌握了磁控管器件工作特性的基础上,设计了基于交流双向斩波控制的磁控管驱动控制系统。该系统实时采样磁控管阳极工作电流,控制器对工作电流进行偏差整定后采用比例积分微分(Proportional Integral Differentiation, PID)进行控制,在电流闭环的方式下实现了磁控管微波的连续可调恒功率输出。作为小型物理型辅助理疗装置,系统经过持续不断的优化,设备在市场上已经得到了广泛应用,取得了较好的应用效果。

Abstract:Microwave has good penetration and absorption characteristics, which can be used in the medical field. As a typical microwave generator, magnetron can convert electrical energy into microwave energy, which is concentrated and applied to medical objects to produce corresponding physiotherapy effects. In order to solve the reliability problem in the process of microwave energy output, it is necessary to develop corresponding control devices to achieve the continuous and stable output of magnetron microwave energy. On the basis of mastering the working characteristics of magnetron devices, this paper designs a magnetron drive control system based on AC bidirectional chopper control. By sampling the working current of the magnetron anode in real time, after the deviation setting of the controller, proportional integral differentiation (PID) control is adopted to realize the continuous adjustable constant power output of the magnetron microwave in the current closedloop mode. As a small-scale physical auxiliary physiotherapy equipment, the developed device has been widely used in the market after continuous optimization and has achieved good application effects.
