摘    要:为研究与烟草早花有关的基因,本试验利用安捷伦烟草全基因组基因芯片对烤烟品种K326 及其抗早花变异系华烟06、K326LF 花芽分化过程茎尖端基因表达谱进行分析,筛选出其中与花芽分化可能有主要关系的基因:AGL20、CCR2、ELF4、ERD7、CBF1、COR413-PM1、EMF2、VIP4、COL1、AGL17、COL9、FPA、SWN 等,其中COL2、ELF4 的表达差异达到了5倍;AGL62、CBF1、SWN、NAP 与FPA 的差异大于或等于10 倍。该试验可为进一步研究烟草抗早花机理及培育抗早花新品种提供参考。

A preliminary research on screening of premature flowering gene ni flue-cured tobacco by microarray

Abstract:Agilent Tobacco Oligo Microarray was used to deduce expression profiling of flue-cured tobacco K326 and its premature flowering resistance variety Huayan06, K326LF during flower bud differentiation process. Genes related to flower bud differentiation were screened out: AGL20,CCR2,ELF4,ERD7,CBF1,COR413-PM1,EMF2,VIP4,COL1,AGL17,COL9,FPA and SWN, etc. Among them, COL2 and ELF4 had 5 times difference in terms of expression level while AGL62, CBF1, SWN, NAP had 10 times or above difference with FPA. The study provided a reference for further study of flue-cured tobacco premature flowering resistance mechanism and premature flowering resistance varieties breeding.
