烟草花粉冷冻干燥方法研究初报

摘    要:采用多因素试验方法对烟草花粉冷冻干燥中的预冻时间、抽真空干燥时间和预冻前添加防冻剂等3个因素进行了研究。结果表明,3个因素对花粉干燥均有显著的影响,对花粉活力及授粉后的坐果率影响较小;抽真空干燥时间是影响花粉干燥的主要因素;预冻时间与抽真空干燥时间的互作效应较大。认为烟草花粉冷冻干燥处理,以预冻时间2~3 h,抽真空时间12 h左右为宜,一般不需添加防冻剂。

Abstract:Multi-factor test method for freeze-drying of tobacco pollen, pollen pre-freezing time, vacuum drying time and add antifreeze before pre-freezing three factors were studied. The results showed the three factors significantly affected pollen drying, pollen viability and pollination on fruit setting rate. Vacuum drying time was the main factors affecting pollen.Pre-freezing time and vacuum drying time had great interaction. Tobacco pollen freeze-drying without adding antifreeze, pre freezing time was 2~3 h, vacuum time was 12 h.
