基于ANSYS的液压支架仿真优化

摘    要:对液压支架四连杆机构工作原理进行分析,简化四连杆机构,建立四连杆机构模型。研究基于ANSYS的仿真优化计算工作流程,建立液压支架三维模型,导入ANSYS对四连杆机构进行仿真,得到后连杆受力曲线图和顶梁前端运动轨迹。为了降低后连杆的受力,提高后连杆的稳定性,将液压支架的前、后连杆长度均减少30 mm,重新建立模型进行仿真。仿真结果显示,优化后后连杆的受力明显减小,而且顶梁前端的运动轨迹未超出允许值,由此可知优化后的液压支架性能更佳。

Abstract:The working principle of the four-link mechanism of the hydraulic support was analyzed,the four-link mechanism has been simplified and the model has been established.The workflow of the simulation and optimization calculation based on ANSYS was studied.A three-dimensional model of the hydraulic support was established and imported ANSYS to simulate the four-link mechanism.The force curve of the rear link and the front end motion trajectory of the top beam have been obtained.In order to reduce the stress on the rear link and improve the stability of the rear link,the length of the front and rear links of the hydraulic support was reduced by 30 mm,and the model was re-established for simulation.The simulation results show that the force on the rear link is significantly reduced after optimization.Moreover,the motion trajectory of the front end of the top beam does not exceed allowable value,which shows that the optimized hydraulic support performs better.
