Abstract: | In order to comprehensively consider the investment budget, construction conditions, management and maintenance of the hydrological station network, timely and accurately monitor the water volume exchanged between the control section and the outer river. It is necessary to reasonably plan the station set-up batch of the main entrance according to the river water condition, site environment, work demand, etc., and improve the station network layout in a planned way. Take Qingpu District of Shanghai as an example to sort out the current situation of setting stations at the main entrance of the regional control panel, Based on the existing data, the necessity of station setting is analyzed from the aspects of regional development, river level, model demand, water volume and flow variation amplitude, and the feasibility of station setting is analyzed from the aspects of water layer representativeness, section topography, station site conditions, infrastructure cost and flow velocity distribution. Use the goal decomposition method to establish the index system and use the Delphi method to determine the weight of each index, adopt linear weighted summation method to carry out comprehensive selection, then determine the sequence of building stations at the main entrance. The results show that there are three batches of stations at the main entrance of Qingpu District control panel, and there are 7, 5 and 3 stations in each batch. It can provide a new method for the selection and analysis of stations at the main entrance of the control area in the tidal river network of the plain. |
