摘    要:分析40 MN炭素挤压机料室的结构特点,采用传统计算和有限元分析相结合的方法计算料室各部分的强度和刚度,验证设计结构安全合理,与传统力学方法计算结果互为验证并可指导对结构进行改进。

Abstract:The paper studies the structure feature of 40MN carbon extrusion press, and uses the method combining conventional calculation with finite element analysis to calculate the strength and rigidity of each part of chambers. The structure designed with this method is safe and rational and can be verified with conventional calculation method. This method also can be used to improve the structure of the chamber.
