| 摘 要： | 介绍了近年来硫酸装置在线分析仪的发展与应用情况。重点介绍了沸腾炉氧量分析仪、转化器入口气体及排放尾气二氧化硫分析仪、干吸工序硫酸浓度分析仪及硫酸冷却器冷却水电导率分析仪的工作原理、特点及使用情况。建议仪表人员不断开发新产品,改进并提高仪表的性能,以适应新的要求。

| Abstract: | The development and application of sulphuric acid plant on-line analyzers in recent years are described with focuses on the working principle, characteristics and usage of the boiling furnace oxygen analyzer, converter inlet gas analyzer, sulphur dioxide in tail gas analyzer, dry absorption section sulphuric acid concentration analyzer, and sulphuric acid cooler cooling water conductivity ana- lyzer. It is suggested that instrument staff should constantly develop new products to improve the performance of the instrument adapting to new requirements. |
