摘    要:平台利用先进的三维技术,融合石化企业的生产经营管理,针对石化管线的特性,设计开发了石化管线隐患治理综合管理平台,将GIS技术和日常安全生产有机集成,实现了数据的统一管理和综合查询、管道运行的远程监控和管道检维修及空间定位等功能,可有效提高管廊系统日常管理效率和事故决策分析水平。

Abstract:With respect to the characteristics of petrochemical pipeline and combined with production management in petrochemical enterprises,one comprehensive potential hazard management platform was developed by using advanced 3-D technique.With the integration of GIS technique and normal daily safe production,the functions,such as data management and query,remote monitoring of piping in operation,piping exam and repair and spatial orientation,were realized.In this way,the capability of daily management of piping gallery system and accident decision can be effectively raised.
