摘    要:对连州发电厂440t/hCFB锅炉进行了燃烧优化调整试验。分析了氧量、二次风率、负荷、添加石灰石等因素对排烟巍损失、固体不完全燃烧热损失和锅炉效率的影响,探讨了减温水流量偏多的原因。提出了提高燃烧效率的措施和合理的运行参数,为同类CFB锅炉安全经济运行提供了一定的参考。

Abstract:Aiming at a 440t/h CFB boiler of Lianzhou power plant,an optimal combustion experiment was preceeded.This paper analyzed the effect of oxygen content in flue gas,the secondary air rate,the load, adding limestone into the CFB boiler on flue gas heat loss,unburned carbon loss and boiler efficiency,the cause of high attemperation water flow is discussed.Measures for improving the combustion efficiency and reasonable opearation parameters that can be a reference for the operating of the same type CFB boiler are put forward.
