| 摘 要： | 探讨了供应链的生命周期及其各阶段的基本特征，并运用信息经济学等理论分析了供应链生命周期的影响因素，重点阐述了合作企业缺乏协调、信息不对称以及合同的不完备对供应链生命周期的影响；最后，从合作伙伴的选择等4个方面提出了改善供应链生命周期的具体措施。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the life cycle of supply chain and its characteristics in each phase. Moreover, the influencing factors are studied with the theory of information economics, which shows high premium on the effects of poor coordination, asymmetric information and incomplete contract. The paper proposes some specific measures to improve the life cycle of supply chain. |
