| 摘 要： | 介绍一种适用于金属切削加工中的切削力微机测试系统。该系统采用微机控制，通过Ａ／Ｄ板进行模块量与数字量之间的转换，用低级语言采集数据，高级语言处理数据，可完成各种切削大力小的测定，并能准确地绘制出切削力的变化曲线。系统具有速度快，测试精度、分辨率高等特点。

| Abstract: | A computer-based cutting force testing system applicable to metal cutting operations is described. This system is controlled by a microcomputer,an A/D board is used to carry out the analog-to-digital conversion and data acquisition and data processing are conducted by means of low-level language and high-level language respectively. It can measure cutting forces of various kinds and can also correctly draw cutting force change curves. This system is characterized by fast speed,high testing accuracy and high resolution. |
