灵宝换流站控制保护系统切换研究

摘    要:灵宝换流站控制 /直流极保护系统为分层分布式系统 ,其子系统主要包括运行人员控制系统、站控系统、极控系统、直流保护系统、调度自动化系统。该站用两个完整套的控制 /直流保护系统分时切换运行 ,与其他二次子系统及设备 /系统接口的切换针对不同的接口 /信号采取不同的切换 /重动方案 ,虽会给运行带来一定的不便 ,但切换运行可验证两家供货方的设备。

Abstract:The control/DC pole & valve protection system in Lingbao DC converter station is a distributed system with hierarchical structure. It contains following main subsystems: the operator control system, station control system, pole control system, DC pole & valve protection system, and dispatching system. There are two sets of control/DC pole & valve protection systems in Lingbao BTB project, and the two systems will switchover in operation in time-sharing mode. The switchover at interfaces between one system and other equipment/system is different depending on different signals. That is not convenient in operation, however, such switchover can verify the equipment supplied by the 2 manufacturers.
