井下水动力轴流涡轮设计与试验研究

摘    要:通过井下水动力涡轮的设计和试验,发现流道中线决定涡轮设计工况的液流平均流动,而不是沿叶片骨线进口结构角方向。指出传统平面叶栅轴流涡轮设计方法存在的局限性,并提出了最高效率点的平均液流进口方向沿流道中线进口结构角方向的观点,从而较好地解释了理论设计的机械性能与实际机械性能存在差异的原因。根据该观点,建议在涡轮叶栅叶型造型设计时,应检查流道中线在前、后缘额线处的切线,保证与设计液流方向基本相同,以提高涡轮设计的正确性和质量。对其他同类型的涡轮机械设计具有参考价值。

Abstract:Through the design and experiment of a water driven axial turbine of down hole, mean flow that in turbine at the design working condition is not directed by the blade inlet structure angle of mean camber line,but by the middle line of flow passage,is found,and the existing problems on the design of axial plane cascade is pointed out. With the opinion, inlet structure angle of mean flow passage deciding the inlet flow with the peak efficiency is put forward, the difference of mechanical performance between the theory and practice is well understood. Furthermore, the tangential directions of flow middle line at both top tips is advised to been checked up to make sure of the right flow direction for design. With the practice data, above conclusion is also shown to be worthwhile for the same kind of turbine design.
