氮爆式液压打桩锤主控阀动态性能研究

摘    要:主控阀是氮爆式液压打桩锤控制系统的核心,其工作特性在很大程度上决定着打桩锤整体性能的好坏。为深入研究主控阀动态性能对氮爆式液压打桩锤整体性能的影响,研究中充分考虑液动力对阀芯移动过程的影响,并采用Matlab/Simulink/Simscape仿真模块组,对其动态性能进行仿真,在仿真阀芯增益面积上施加气液压力作用的同时,充分考虑阀芯运动稳态、瞬态液动力对阀芯运动的影响,得出不同提锤行程、不同阀芯增益面积时,主控阀阀芯的位移时间曲线以及响应锤头运动变化曲线,对主控阀动作的准确性、快速性进行研究分析,进而优化主控阀增益面积等参数的选定。
