供电企业信息网建设的基本构想

摘    要:建设统一、综合的供电企业信息网必须能满足供电企业各种信息业务的不同需求 ,同时应充分考虑业务的发展及其发展方向。阐述了建设统一、综合的供电企业信息网的必要条件 ,详细论述了对网络技术的选用原则 ,提出了规划、建设供电企业信息网的观点和方法。信息网络的规划建设应按照“统一规划、统一平台、统一管理”的原则 ,根据“高起点、高标准、高集成”以及先进性和实用性相结合的指导思想 ,按照降低总体成本的方针进行

Abstract:A uniform and integrated information network in electric power supply enterprises must fulfill the different needs ofinformation business, and includes the development and the development orientation of the business into the networkconstruction. In order to increase the network efficiency, avoid the repeating investment and building, and reduce the!cost ofinvestment and management, the unification among loads, protocol, technology. equipment and management should be fullyconcerned during the layout phase. The reasonable structure, the reliability of core layer, the redundancy of modules and thenetwork QoS should be wholly guaranteed. As an effective control and management tool, the network management softwaremust have five basic functions. In a word, building a uniform and integrated information network should abide by theprinciple of unified planning, unified platform and unified management, meanwhile according to the guiding ideology of highstarting point, high standard, high integration and combining the advanced requirement with the utility to reduce the totalcost of ownership.
