磷酸萃取槽的结构及技术改造

摘    要:介绍铜化集团公司磷铵厂磷酸萃取槽的结构、使用和技术改造情况.在生产中采取提高回磷酸量、向萃取槽加入适量调理剂等措施,使萃取槽开车时间由设计值295天提高到31 4天、生产能力由设计值6万吨/年P2O5提高到7万吨/年P2O5.

Abstract:The structure, utilization and revamping of phosphoric acid extraction tank in the Ammonium Phosphate Plant, Tongling Chemical Group Corp, are described. By the enhancement of phosphoric acid returns and the employment of some conditioners and other measures, the operation period is increased to 314 days from the designed 295 days and the tank's capacity increased to 70 kt/a(P 2O 5) from the designed 60 kt/a(P 2O 5)
