铝电解电容器用铆接模的研究

用于铝电解电容器导针与极片刺铆的铆接模性能对产品质量有直接影响。推出一种较为理想的铆接模结构。通过对刺铆针直径、四棱锥角度及棱面粗糙度、凹模孔直径以及铆压压力等关键参数进行合理设计，并正确选用模具材料及热处理方式，使铝电解电容器导针与极片刺铆的质量大为提高。

A Research on the Riveting Die Sets for Al Electrolytic Capacitors

Product quality is highly dependent on the performances of the die sets for riveting the guide needles and electrode leads of Al electrolytic capacitors.An ideal riveting die structure which resulting better quality has been developed. In the design,some importand parameters have been optimized:diameter of punching tools,taper and surface roughness of rectangular pyrimid,diameter of female dies,riveting pressure,etc.Better material and heat treatment method have also been used.
