丙烯与4-苯基-1-丁烯共聚合及聚合物表征

摘    要:讨论了在非均相配位催化剂存在下丙烯与少量4-苯基-1-丁烯的共聚,并对所得共聚物进行了表征。研究了反应时间、Al/Ti比、反应温度、第二单体浓度、外给电子化合物对共聚合的影响,得出共聚合的较佳反应条件为:t=40min,Al/Ti=50—100,T=45—50℃,同时发现第二单体的加入具有“共单体效应”,外给电子化合物能提高产物的等规度,但使催化效率下降。对共聚物用溶剂进行了抽提,发现聚合物可分为丁酮可溶部分和不溶部分,可溶部分为无规共聚物,而不溶部分为等规共聚物。用13C-NMR方法对共聚物的微结构进行了表征,结果表明共聚物的链结构是孤立的4-苯基-1-丁烯单元镶嵌在长序列的丙烯链段中

Abstract:Copolymers of propylene and 4 phenyl 1 butene were prepared using heterogeneous Ziegler Natta catalysts.The effects of reaction time,Al/Ti ratio,reaction temperature,monomer concentration and external donor on the copolymerization were investigated.Optimal reaction conditions were obtained at t=40min,Al/Ti=50 100,T=45 50℃.The “comonomer effect” was observed in this system.External electron donor was found to increase the tacticity of copolymer but decrease the catalytic efficiency.The obtained copolymers were extracted with solvents.The butanone soluble part was atactic copolymer and butanone insoluble part was tactic copolymer.The microstructures of the copolymers were characterized with 13 C NMR It was found that only single 4 phenyl 1 butene unit was present in the polymer chain.
